Are you or your child having an uncontrollable running stomach which perhaps have defied medical treatment?

Here are natural ways you can eliminate stomach upset , even the ones caused by food poisoning:



Get some fresh guava leaves, especially the newly grown leaves, scent leaves, ginger and garlic, onions, small quantity of charcoal, red oil and honey.

Wash the guava and scent leaves with a little salt, squeeze the juice out with a little water, preferably warm (not hot please) water.


Chop the garlic, ginger and onions into very tiny sizes.

Blend the little charcoal into powder.

Mix the leaves' juice, honey, red oil and powdered charcoal together and drink. Chew the ginger, garlic and onions, Also get some coconut water and sip intermittently. The running stomach will run away.

How do u get all these together when u are having stomach upset? what quantity should u take at a time? how often shd u get it? if u don't finish it, shd the rest be preserved? if yes, how? what is the function of the charcoal there? I can go on and on...pls try to gv balanced information.

I was about asking same questions. The post didn't specify quantities of the items to be put together in the first place.

You can ask a relative/friend to help you get them. You prepare the quantity you can drink at once eg a glass.
