The food culture we have is not composed of
healthy habits. The world in which we live makes
us easy to eat a lot and bad.
Brian Wansink, a psychologist and professor at
the Cornell University in the United States, has
just written a book on the subject entitled "Slim
by Design: Eating Mindles Solutions of everyday
