I think Cyril Stober should retire already..Let the young/vibrant take over..He is though a good newscaster but I am so tired of seeing these old faces. (Not just his)

In civil service rule, you retire when you clock 60yrs in age or reached 35yrs in service which ever comes first.But an organization can decide to keep a retired staff based on contract appointment.Probably that is the case with stober.
