I need a decent apartment (1 or 2 bedroom) on the mainland in any of these areas; Ebute-metta/Costain/Iponri, Jibowu/Yaba/Akoka, Palmgrove/Ilupeju, Pedro/Gbagada, Lawanson/Aguda, Ajao Estate, Onikan.

Neat compound, steady running water in the flat, good light connection, ensuite room (seperate toilet for visitors), and parking space required.
Budget is 400-500k and for a one year deal.
