This is for UNIPORT alumni, i was panicked about how to get my transcript and certificate without it been delayed especially with the fact that on a norm things drag alot with the school. So i was able to find someone who helped me get my documents in 8-10days this also included sending an electronic copy of my transcript(which is faster).

If you need help with this kindly reply this post and i will share the contact information with you.

PS: just putting this out there especially for those who dont live in PH anymore and cant travel.

And I think with the electronic mail via ETX, there shouldn't be any further verification by schools again since they are the one sending it directly to WES.

I'm even using a different platform, TPS. I dunno Wat else I can do, nothing has changed since and I stay in Abuja, far away from campus.

Hello urgent help needed with my Wes credential evaluation procesd.. Unilorin after 4 months finally sent my transcripts to WES... now WES has reached the school for Verification however am scared Unilorin would delay again with responding to the verification request.

i am currently not in Nigeria and therefore need advise on how best to reach the school to make them respond promptly

I am in the same situation, i used ETX since February this year but am yet to get any result.

Pls, who have an idea on this should pls help me out.
I applied for ECA Documents to Documents evaluation basically for IRCC wch is completed, but I want to upgrade it to Course by Course Evaluation, so I can use it for schools.
How do I achieve this upgrading from the already sent documents without sending a new document from my school??

Hello Nairalanders,

I am currently in this situation. in my case, I did not get any email from wes. I had to check on my app to get notified. I really do not know what wes means by "we are completing a research on your institution's accreditation and your program of study". I attended AAU and they are very accredited. I am super confused and do not know what to do anymore. I have been going back on forth for months and it is very frustrating. I called my school and they said they have never encountered that issue before.

Lest I forget, I school in benin republic Cotonou.

On OAU Transcripts Services ETX was the Jonathan and TPS the Buhari
Just recently, I tracked every one of my 27 transcripts requests made on TPS for my clients (transcripts I didn’t “process”), and 26 of the these requests are still hanging at “Payment Received” while only one of them has been updated to “Transcripts Generated” since almost two months that I have paid for these orders. Seeing this, only one thing came to mind: ‘how is TPS better than ETX for God’s sake?’; this exactly is what ETX used to do with OAU transcripts that was getting the alumni frustrated and losing opportunities. ETX would send you several programmed messages while you are trying to make the order for your transcripts on the platforms, and the moment you have made the payment for the order and they have sent you a mail confirming your payment, end of story, you don’t hear from them anymore; no phone number to call (if there is one, it is sure they wouldn’t answer the calls). When you send them mails, they don’t reply, when you contact them via the “messaging” feature on your tracking page on their web, they would only after several days send you a generic message that would show you they didn’t really read the message you sent to them or they read it but they have no idea what’s happening about your transcripts processes. You would have to either come down to ETX or the Transcripts Department to know anything at all about your transcripts processes or pay somebody to do the run around for you—which all negate the idea of online services for transcripts. Good afternoon guys, WES requested for both my Transcript and Original Degree result (which is not ready).
I heard Statement of Result can be use in-place of Original result for WES evaluation.
Since I have my Statement of Result with me, I don't know if I may Fax it directly to WES or it must be officially sent, from school (Sealed and Stamped).

Funny enough I used attestation (To whom it may concern) which I was very skeptical about and it was accepted by wes. So, Yes, Statement of results will definitely fly. NB:I sent it this past January.
