I am a graduate of an Agric institution, I've involved much in crop production however I must admit that juice production caught my attention especially when I think of what happen to roadside fruit sellers ie post harvest losses.
I need explanation of how to go about it whether small or medium scale.thanks

Going about a business is one thing, viability is another. You need to carry out thorough Market research in order to know who your competitors are, trick of the trade, tools / equipment, costs etc. Hopefully some one on here with an extensive knowledge in that industry might be able to point you in the right direction.
