Perhaps due to the sharia leanings of the countries leaders, the operations of the police and army reflect the style of Islamic militants. Civilians are killed in cold blood, whole towns and villages are wiped off the map in revenge attacks.

My solution is to revert  to the regional system of government (Western, Southern and Northern Regions) Let each region handle it's own destiny and resources or just split up completely.
