The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA recently stormed unizik and arrested many students that were in possession of hard drugs and cannabis.
They raided many hostels around Ifite axis.

Students were arrested in their numbers as many of the suspects tried to escape but were later apprehended by the combined effort of SARZ and NDLEA.

According to NDLEA commander, "Indicted students will be made to forfeit their education and face the wrath of the law".
NDLEA Anambra chapter had earlier issued out a warning against those dealing in illicit drugs.
