If I were to be the President of Nigeria, I would first implement a policy that every car or vehicle owner must pay tax every year.. The more cars you have, the higher tax you pay.. And it must be strictly obeyed by every one cos the Law is no respecter of person.. The money generated from there would be used for the construction of roads..

I would definitely attempt to bang "kim kardashian and beyonce" instead of "tiwa savage and cynthia morgan!" It would help in boosting our tourism potentials!
