I greet every Nairalanders. Please i need your help, but first, let me express my appreciation because paypal is now accepting Nigeria.
I wish to open a Paypal account but i'm scared because of what people are still saying about Paypal (very strict).
As for me, i don't want That of Nigeria because you can't receive payment but the one i want is that of UAE. Now, my questions are
(1) is it possible to Open a UAE Paypal account, using GERMAN IP, while browsing in Nigeria?
(2) is freedom software IP static and good for paypal account opening?
(3) can UAE paypal account be verified with Access Bank saving account VISA card or UBA prepaid card.
(4) is Nigeria IP static?
(5) any other thing

When paypal blocks your account and your money with all your ip.. come.back and update us.

There are other ways to receive money I wonder why Nigerians like doing the wrong thing. Paypal UAE from Nigeria Is against paypal terms and if they find out they block your account with your money. Many Nigerians have lost thousands of $$$ to paypal account blocking because they just don't do the right thing. You will be the next.
