I have been trying to download some apps from my Play Store but the thing is not downloading. I have strong internet connection. I can download music, text and other stuffs through opera mini. I have tried all I could. don't know what to do. could it be that my Google Play Store is having problem or what. Please anybody with solution should help me out. I desperately need to download an app.

force stop and clear the cache of your playstore...

Did u change the imei number of the 2 sims

Follow through these and all should be well
Go to; settings-mobile networks-access point names-you should see a list of them - select the one that's highlighted (the one that has a color on it to the right - then clear your proxy(something like 10.199.212.2) i.e leave it blank- also clear your port 8080 i.e leave it blank..... Then save and relaunch playstore**
