i think it will be better to start small,u can get a medium freezer for like 50k,and a gen like 32k-2.5kva,and u stock with about 20k just to test the waters,then from their u grow.that my personal opinion.

I'm still having low patronage and my major challenge is how to keep my stock fresh.

I can only guarantee average of 4hrs of electricity daily.

I'm based in Ogbomosho.
