Problem with the budget was that people kept on making strange additions.....so that they could steal.

At least there appears to be some movement towards ending illegal add-ons to the budget. Whether this would be sustained over the next four years is another question.

what happen to her own input and opinion on the budget, will they just decide and send her the outcome without she scrutinizing and criticizing the budget.
