So I was on my way home one day when I first sighted this place. Out of curiosity, I decided to visit there with a friend to know if the interior would be as beautiful as the exterior.

I was quite amazed to learn that the interior is not only stlyishly equipped, but the place is owned by an old friend of mine who also happen to be a nairalander (free hair cuts ti take over ).

Op your friend invested so much in this salon. He has completed the first stage, now it's time for the stylist selection and management stage. This is the hardest part. Barbers are one of the most difficult set of workers to manage unfortunately they are the key to the success of the business not the design or the look of the salon. If you get the right barbers with the right attitude, you can simply go to sleep while you make money. But that is very rare. Op I hope your friend knows how to barb. If he does, he stands a better chance of success

No I am not. But I have paid my dues and really understand the business after owning one running for four years now. It takes a very determined mind to keep up because your success is dependent on the stylist. If they decide not to come to work or come late - your loss. If he decides to leave the job, he leaves along with his loyal customers. Too many odds working against the owner of the salon.

Did you say 45k each on salary? How much is the rent? Hmmm. To keep up, he needs to create the required demand for his services which ever way possible. That's his assignment.
