Pls press 1 and 6 preset buttons on your radio and press power on should display you the serial number that we need here.Do that when power is off but the ignition on.Let me have the displayed serial number.Have a nice day

TO INSERT CODE IF YOU HAVE EVER ATTEMPTED TO ENTER RANDOM CODES WHEN RADIO LOCKED THEN YOU MUST REMOVE BATTERY LEGS NOW.YOU CAN JOIN THE TWO HEADS TOGETHER TO MAKE SURE ALL MEMORY IS GONE,ALLOW 10 MINS OR 15 IF POSSIBLE THEN RECONNECT BATTERY LEGS.YOU SHOULD GET A FRESH PROMPT TO INSERT CODE AS IF THE MEMORY JUST CLOSED RIGHT THEN.YOUR CODE WOULD BE ACCEPTED IF THE SERIAL NUMBER HERE IS CORRECT.HAVE A NICE DAY

After L5891 the 6 is it part of the code you are getting or you want a 6 digit code you mean,cos its suppose to be four numbers after L
