A leading reputable Property Development Company with corporate office in Lagos requires the services of a Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Feasibility and Viability Reporting
• Developers Budget
• Preliminary Cost Estimate
• Cost Planning
• Tender Documentation and Negotiation
• Negotiation Report
• Contract Documentation and Administration
• Construction management

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Good B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying
• Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 - 5 years proven experience in Consulting and Construction projects in quality driven environments.
• NIQS professional qualification
• First rate analytical and communication skills necessary with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and QS software
