Dear alphadex, I wasn't totally wrong in stating that APC wanted to islamize Nigeria, though I was wrong in the choice of word I used and in retrospection, would have worded my opinion better. During the period I created that thread, It was widely reported that APC was going for or wanted to go for a Muslim-Muslim ticket with Buhari and Tinubu coming out as the President and Vice President candidates. And judging from the delicate nature of Nigerian religious and tribal setup, including the ethno-religious tension which was high at that time, you'd agree with me that it was a recipe for disaster. And even a hardcore APC member in the guise of our Senate President, Bukola Sariki, confirmed our suspicions, and even went further to attribute it to the reason he's being persecuted for rejecting a Muslim-Muslim candiature for APC. If one of the prominent APC members and a public figure like Bukola Sariki can condemn such an idea even as a Muslim, you wouldn't blame any Nigerian kicking against it, which was what I did. But be that as it maybe, I was wrong in my choice of word and could have stated it in a more clearer perspective. For that, I offer you and everyone who might have felt embittered by my then-actions, an unreserved apology.

I think the Contestants have the right to NOT answer some stupid and irrelevant questions.

Aside the question about anal sex, I think other questions are quite valid. So there's really nothing to shy away from "if" the answers I've been reading here were actually written by these women.

@Thesonofmark am not the judge, the audience are to take note of that. cool

If everyone is allowed to ask the interviewees questions, they won't be able to sleep this night. Choose one or two questions and call it a day. Enough questions have been asked the interviewees already. This is past 11pm. Also, some questions will be biased and an attempt towards an interviewee, you should be discerning enough to hide such useless questions. Time to wrap this stuff up.

1)I can't judge cos I'm not a Muslim. In general view....even Christians are not complete. People take their religion far beyond what they are thought. Discrimination is common among people of different religion. They do think their religion is the best of all. Therefore: anybody or group of people either Muslims or Christians who discriminate others are not complete.

2) I don't think so. Nigeria's problem is not religion. When out leaders argue on issues that relate to the welfare of the nation and corrupt malpractices they don't mention religion.

3) Nigeria is a very traditional country. Most people will find it abhorrent Although I am a non-judgmental person, I don't think prostitution is morally right and in reality people do it and people readily patronise them. I think it should be legalised when the society is ready.

4) I think social media bill should be restricted to unregistered journalists like bloggers and popular people who use it to defame people, assassinate characters, commit crimes and disgrace people. We should not allow them to stifle our voices and pens without a good reason.

My question for the contestants

1. "What's the most unexpected thing you've learned along the way?"

2. If you were offered 100k each to be in my music video shaking that assss your momma gave you, will you accept it?

My most unexpected things I have learnt along the line are. 1. Be your real self don't fake. 2. Have learnt how to appreciate people. 3. Have learnt how to respect others opinion in any section of the forum. 4. Have made alot of good friends which was one of the reason I came here to join Nairaland.

2. If give 100k to dance in your video I think i will that because I love shaking my body, but i don't have big ass oooooo.

Thank you for your questions.

To all the contestants volunteering as we all know is not a major part of our Nigerian culture, even though it has great benefits. Please tell what sort of volunteering activities you've engaged in(if you've ever volunteered), why you chose the said activity and what you learned during the period of volunteering.

Oh really?.....and somehow all the people being interviewed since yesterday just happen to be the ladies competing for Miss NL? undecided
The interview.. I believe..is by choice.. Dygeasy even questioned its necessity so if any contestant chooses not to partake, its no biggie.

1. i cannot say men are more intelligent than women and neither can i say vice versa.. intelligence is an individual thing, you have to prove it as an individual. who cares if a male or female comes first in class, does that mean all the others of the same gender are equally brilliant? no.

2. gay laws? i really do not know what i feel about it. you are what you choose to be and you know why you have made whatever decision you have made. who am i to judge and if the government has said they dont want bisexuality in their country then so be it., if i get there i can change it if i think it unreasonable.
3. i actually love Manchester united but dont bother asking me about the players because i dont know. i just like their name and colour.

With all due respect to you Fynestboi, comments made by some of the contestants about my religion is not cool.

I am a Muslim and I know what is written in the Qu'ran. Please, it is best if you don't say anything than to say what you don't know.

Thank you cool
