I don't know What's wrong with these so called AIRTEL!!!! this will be the 3rd time I will be registering my sim and using it 30minutes later but they will still barn me after some hours saying I did not use it within 48hours of registration, Which I did!
and when I call their customer care those devil agents will advice me to recharge! now I have airtime I can't use! I called again another devil agent told me to go and register the line again! this is the 3rd registration and all these registration guys keep chopping my 100naira!

Same situation here and this is what the last agent advised.
After resolution (yeah call em again), once you can make a call, switch off your phone, take out the battery or sim, after a while put it all back on, recharge (even if you already have money on your balance) and make a call.
You will not be barred again.

Go for a fresh AIRTEL SIM

Thats all i can say

They did the same to me. Barred me up to four times in one week despite even making calls and browsing. I go call 121, dem go unblock; e go block again when I switch off. I para for the last customer care agent sef, after he told me I'd have to register again. Dumped the line thereafter.

Na useless network.

Am going through diz sh.it, I don register twice now. I still keep getting barred. Am dumping this sim
