As long as you breathe then you must welcome the challenges that living keeps bringing up.

“Perils, and misfortunes, and want, and pain, and injury, are more or less the certain lot of every man that cometh into the world.”—Unto Thee I Grant.

It is only one who is foolish that will think otherwise to the above quote.

Challenge is defined as a new or difficult task to test somebody’s abilities and skills/or a call to enter a competition or fight.

I am no great philosopher who will profess certain steps or guaranteed steps in coping with challenges that life and living keeps bringing up.

All I am going to do here is state some ways in which I cope with mine because even writing this piece is a challenge for me (winking).
