You know popular pastor John.G. Lake? He was an nice man, so generous that he took care of church members over his first family, his first children soon left home and his initial wife died of malnutrition.

Have you heard of Carl/karl marx?
At a time he was so poor that out of 7 children, only 3 survived. 4 died of malnutrition and starvation. But their wives remained faithful and did not leave them.

This is not in praise of faithful wives.
Some women leave their husbands when things are rocky and dry, not because they want to but out of love for their children. They do not want their children to suffer, quit school or die simply because head of the home is broke.
Some of them would rather leave their homes and get married to more capable men, out of love for their children.
If John Lake's wife had done this, she wouldn't have died of malnutrition. If carl Marx's wife had done this, her children wouldn't have died. She would have protected her children.

What are your views on this?
Did this women do right by their children in not abandoning their husbands?
Were they good mothers?

I personally think this is an issue of being stuck between being a good mother and being a good wife.

Women,which one will u pick?

So the only possibility for mothers to feed their kids is to marry and re-marry? They don't know how to put food on the table? SMH

Even my great-grandmothers were farming hand in hand with their husbands and feeding their many children. And they were creative. They knew how to make the most out of very little. No child died! None! May they ENJOY the PARADISE. They are so worthy. These industrious women will forever remain my role models. I love them and I love the feeling of their blood flowing through my veins.

My husband knows that if anything goes wrong, he can count on me and vice versa.

I would never blame a mother for doing her best to save her children and I am very happy that I don't have to make such decisions.
