Dude, this is Forest Cobra AKA Black Cobra AKA Black & White lipped cobra. Very dangerous, extremely defensive and has copious amount of venom in a bite.

I have seen it swimming in water, in a river flowing through the forest. It usually lives in the forest and not seen too much around homes. The birds were the reason for coming.
