BREAKING NEWS, a team called dragon 3 umunede. They are forcing people both farmers, okada riders and vigilantees to give one hundred naira per motor cycle with force . This event happed at Ethiope East Local Government area,Isiokolo Delta State at ughelli road.Time 1 pm,Date Tuesday 10-o5-2016. Why we are writing this,It is because of one police man called Corporal Okoro John, uniform Number 370452,he is the one forcing every one to give him one hundred Naira whether you have It or not.
