Ngozi123:abi o if some group of people feel that they are not governed well and that they can bear the corruption, they should be left alone. After all he doesn't want war or what happened to our freedom of association. Nigerian politicians don't want to shame themselves and they want to keep stealing. I know that biafra will do better than Nigeria. But the igbos need to love themselves. 1 Like |

No Yoruba man can die for Nigeria. Nigerian youths are frustrated inside Nigeria! Nigerian Youth will organize church thanks giving service because of a mere visa to travel out of Nigeria and never to return for like 50yrs. that shows that: Nigeria JAGAJAGA! Nigerians youths are not proud of Nigeria! Only fools celebrates Nigeria. the comments of those fools are childish on this forum. If the entire USSR that is older than Nigeria was able to scattered, Nigeria will surely scatter. That's why Buhari will prefer to jump into the sea and be drowned just like the Oba of Lagos is drowning in the lagoon. |

nonny400: but unfortunately, Biafra can never be and the reason is simple. The time has past and Nigerians have become even wiser and greedy than before. The great Ojukwu has fought and lost the war and we can only remember him for that and the Igbos have moved on since from there, because war is not a good thing. The question is how many Igbo Man today will follow this guy? Unfornately in this part of the world nothing like Hero and if you die na saara o! Even Jesus wey die for the world, how many people follow am today? what he is doing is nothing but trism against FGN. See Boko, see MEND and those yeye Avengers. It's normal to deal with anyone who rises up against their govt in same manner. If he were the president of Nigeria he will so same. |

Reads more like a speech than a poem even though it is written in verses. Poems are lyrical. |

Re: Nnamdi Kanu Releases Poem From Detention by Martinez19(m): 9:21pm On May 13, 2016 |
Ngozi123:Don't mind him, kanu has committed no treason. If some group of people feel that their government is no governing them due to corruption and is depriving them, they should be allowed to separate, is it not freedom of association. Kanu did no support war why did they arrest him? Did he support violence? I know biafra will fare better provided igbos love themselves. Somebody said Nigeria will be ungovernable they did not arrest him. Kalu said the truth. 1 Like |
Re: Nnamdi Kanu Releases Poem From Detention by laribari(m): 9:38pm On May 13, 2016 |
Adebola02: Exactly the point. People lauding him do not know the manner of crime he has committed. It's an international offense. If you try that overseas by then it will be a terror case. Isn't that what boko is being dealt with for? Trying to create a caliphate! Which GOVT will allow it? Even at state level |
Re: Nnamdi Kanu Releases Poem From Detention by laribari(m): 9:43pm On May 13, 2016 |
M4gunners: He should rest otherwise die of brain overload because depression is written all over that poem. Who wants to kill him? He was only arrested and perhaps t!o face jail term at most. But when a man start talking about death just know it's two things even though they try to hide it. 1. Depression. 2. Frustration |
Re: Nnamdi Kanu Releases Poem From Detention by Martinez19(m): 9:44pm On May 13, 2016 |
Kanu is not a religious fanatic killing innocent people, his demonstration is peaceful. Where is freedom of speech and association? |

twerky: It couldn't work now in 21st century. Truthfully, what is did is insane and no foreign nation will support him. Did you hear Britain say anything? Treason is a war crime because it has to do with government. He even confessed that he had other forms of weapons but not physical gun. Isn't that still dangerous and has war written all over it, else what do you need a gun for? you don't need to carry a gun but there are many ways to stir up a crowd to cause chaos. |
Re: Nnamdi Kanu Releases Poem From Detention by Ngozi123(f): 10:08pm On May 13, 2016 |
laribari: I honestly don't know of any truly democratic country that would arrest someone for seeking for an independent state and asking for a referendum to achieve this. Can you? |
Re: Nnamdi Kanu Releases Poem From Detention by laribari(m): 3:22am On May 14, 2016 |
M4gunners: You are more confused for not seeing the truth. You are sentimentally blinded by tribe. Ode Who wants to kill him? This is a democratic government and they can't kill him like dat. He will just serve jail term. You are as confused as him. I don't need to ask if you are biafran. Why you nor go join am protest if you won't be behind bars by now. Ewu Gambia. |

[quoteor=whytetyre po=45602141] stop being selfish. u are not an ibo, or igbo man. i am personally getting fed up with this failed state. common, stop being greedy!!!!!!!!![/quote] You see the problem with us Nigerians; Nepotism. So if i'm Ibo I can't have an opinion and if I'm not Ibo I can't have my opinion still? So becos I do not think the wey Nnamdi went about his business was, then I'm not an Igbo man. So you mean all Igbos are with him on this ba? How many people came out to support him? Anyways, you are right because I'm not an Igbo man but I'm delta ibo and an Aniomite. When I say we will remember the great Ojukwu, I spoke as a Nigerian because everybody who remembers civil war must remember what Ojukwu did and the sacrifices that he made. What do we have today among this same igbos? Greed, discrimination, selfishness etc. If I'm lying, look at those in power. Or you dont think some people in senate or government in PMB carbinet that are fellow Igbos will not condemn Nnamdi's act? |

See what Google says..... treason Translate Button [tree-zuh n] noun 1. the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign. 2. a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state. Ask yourself, by calling for biafra does it threaten the sovereignty of Nigeria. Please just answer only yes or No. You are angry with me, while I was only analyzing what he did and why it is severe. No government on earth or in heaven will allow that. |
