Hello mothers in d house, I am a nursing mom and my son will be 6 months old by month end, I am doing exclusive breastfeeding(meaning I ave not given my baby anything aside breastmilk, not even water). Pls I don't know wot food to give him frm 6 months or probably variety of foods. can I also give him tea and ribena @ 6 months? Suggestions would really be appreciated.

start with purity foods (cereals). it is in shoprite, it is from south africa. it is so nutritious and it is not made from genetically modified grains. My kids ate them. My second son is on it and about to do his last batch of 50packs before he says bye-bye to cereals. You would be amazed how ur baby would respond to it and how fresh and healthy he/she would look. They come in many flavors but my boys' favorites are CARAMEL, MIXED GRAIN and BLUEBERRY. It is N340 per pack (200g net weight) in kano shoprite, while the shoprite in enugu and lagos may sell far above that price. You can even get it at N650 per pack (that was the penultimate price i got it for before i ordered for 50packs from shoprite, kano through a friend). Lastly, the cereal when being prepared increases in quanity (u know what i mean? ee dey rise well well ).
