Oil Blocks Owners; 88% Are Owned By Multinationals Not Northerners by fiizznation: 10:16am On May 17, 2016
Breakdown of Indigenous Operators/owners of oil blocks in Nigeria, their directors and major shareholders

NOTE - Like almost 65% of these oil blocks were not issued by northern head of states or presidents. And about 90% of these oil blocks are owned by multinational oil companies. So the lie being told everyday that northerners control/own the oil blocks should stop. Facts, evidence or proofs are needed if people want a person like me to believe that the northerners own the country's oil blocks and not the hearsays that fly around everyday

P.S - I'm just sick and tired of the lies flying around everyday that 83% of the oil blocks in Nigeria are owned by northerners when multinational companies actually owned these oil blocks. And the three common names people used to lie that northerners owned all the oil blocks are; T.Y danjuma, Mohammed indimi and Atiku Abubakar. Now we can all see for ourselves who the real owners are. This is the comprehensive names of people/companies that own oil blocks in Nigeria, and I challenge anybody to prove me wrong.

May the truth always lead us.

Please I want my Niger/Delta brothers and sisters to stop accusing the northerners of owning and controlling "their oil" when in fact and truth, the oil blocks are owned by multinational companies. I think the Niger/deltans should direct their cries at the "parasitic" multinationals.

This thread is a rejoinder to the particular thread below. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing there. Honestly many Nigerians are ignorant.

Fizznation I can assure u that u are on a lost cause when it comes to 'our oyel' people.
The keep shouting northerners control their oil but I keep wondering how are they controlling their oil? When they want to fill their car or buy for their generator are they buying the fuel for free or are they paying for in.

That's the lie they want everybody to believe but not anybody is everybody. I saw a thread on FP and I was so shocked. How can somebody come out and lie that northerners owned all the oil blocks when in reality that isn't true. I don't just get it

Corrupt Northern Nigeria army generals that have been ruling Nigeria will NEVER tolerate a situation 88% of oil wells are owned by oyinbo foreigners. But they want Niger Delta to tolerate 99% of their oil to be owned by foreigners from the northern Nigeria.[/size]

Is Jonathan a military leader that manipulated the award of oil wells? The way you guys reason is very poor and shallow. Maybe those very rich northerners got their wealth from the sale of cattle and rice. Don't you know that many of them have some level of higher percentage in those oil wells. While very few southerners can manage the little let over. I am very sure you are one of those northerners benefiting from southern Nigeria oil and next is to come up with grazing routes. Ole

Several Nigerians are ignorants, but a greater majority of these sorts choose to keep believing the falsities even when confronted with fact. They are proudly ignorant and choose to believe their lies.
This is the unfortunate truth I have come to believe my friend. Like seriously I was expecting so much from the people who said northerners owned majority of the oil blocks in Nigeria, and I think I was disappointed because nobody was able to disprove my claims. The level of ignorance in Nigeria is just too much
