Yesterday i went to caf'e to download some softwares for my phone, i bought an hour and started downloading up to 30min when the manager came in and saw me downloading mobile applications,immediately he logged me out and said he would arrest me if i try it next time.cos, their isp has warn them not to allow downloading of mobile app. (zaria).

Ordinary mobile apps?wat about pc apps,music or video files?i suggest you get a mobile data card or try direct downloading to your phone.
