2.Candidates with first class, would not be taken
3.Highly sociable with good network of contacts
4.Must have stayed in the location for a period not lower than 2years
5.Must speak local dialect of location
6.Proficient in the use of computer
7.Good communication skills
8. Good business acumen
9. 1st degree or H.N.D in any discipline
• For B.Sc holders (2nd class lower and above) - minimum age = 27 years; maximum age= 32 years
• For B.Sc holders (3rd class or pass) without sales/insurance related experience; minimum age = 27 years; maximum age= 32 years
• For HND holders with or without sales/insurance related experience; minimum age = 27 years; maximum age= 32 years
10. Degree graduates with 3rd Class or pass
