It's actually working, for the first time in history they're pleading, only if the governors of other southern states can take cue.

I humbly submit that the Constitutional Rights to Liberty, Freedom of Movement and Association as enshrined in the Constitution of this great nation are Human Rights created for the enjoyment of Persons and Citizens of Nigeria alone. There is therefore no Constitutional penumbra that transfers such freedoms to goats, sheep and cattle at the detriment of mankind. Bottom line, Fulanis are free to enjoy Human Rights as citizens of Nigeria, but no cattle is so entitled, as cattle are not citizens of Nigeria. They only qualify as property, to which the Law of Torts with respect to cattle trespass fully applies. So Fayose is in order.

Imagine our president slapping all of us by sneaking 940 million into the budget for grazing reserves. Imagine how many youths with lands begging government for seedlings and tractor to farm. No response.

There is no tribe in Nigeria that doesn't rear one thing or the other. Sane people manage animals not animals managing people.

All processed milk we drink in Nigeria is from Europe. In all my travelled life. I have never seen one cow roaming in the bush.

Why is Buhari and his kinsmen using analogue brain in a digital age.

The Yoruba who are northern greatest ally are gradually seeing the self serving nature of the hausa/Fulani.

Fayose is the man of the moment, whether you like him or not. He is exuding immense boldness. What he did has been murmured amongst many state governors but none had the nerve to voice out.

Abeg make una give Fayose some likes if you think the guy has guts.
One bottle of blue label for you.

Abooki always knows how to create a distraction instead of sincerely focus to solve a problem.

Is it Fayose or BUHARI that need to show statemanship?

The fact that BUHARI does not like Fayose does not mean Ekiti people should be denied Police and military protection. What BUHARI specialize in doing is to ignore calls from Governors of non-APC states. Thus, these governors cannot get the police nor the army to act unless Buhari or force headquarters Abuja approves it. The funny thing is that if Ekiti people protested against Buhari, he would declare a state of emergency there in order to remove the governor.

Fayose is doing the right thing by banning wild grazing in his state to remove all avenues of his people clashing with the herdsmen and leading to loss of lives. Anyone interested in grazing and cows in Ekiti should get his own ranch as its done in civilized countries.

I ask you this question... have u ever seen any European family in the city TIE GOAT, RAM, COW etc in their compound them slaughter it and smoke it?

If tomorrow buhari bans all these won't we Christians mainly criticise it.

Don't talk about analogue and digital...the average Nigerian still has a backward mindset that is why the nation cannot develop.

A grazing reserve is a beautiful solution to all these encroachment crap. And ensures they stay in the forest and come into the city by themselves to purchase necessary items.

In u.k, america and other countries the AMISH people have their way of life which includes using horses and there are CONSTANT AND FREQUENT meetings between their reps and state officials to discuss ways of ensuring each party coexist peacefully.
That's the difference between whites and africans.

You do not understand culture... grazing Is their way of life, since u can't convince them to modernise it then like the whites do with the amish you then look for ways to ensure both parties find a common ground.

Do you know the cost of maintaining a ranch? Forget cost of acquiring one (minimum 2 acres with a treeline close by)

In nigeria the solution to everything is BAN... doesn't that show how dull the average Nigerian is. Even nairaland na ban, NO WARNING lols.

If Africans had invented football there would be no yellow card...just red lmao.

Solutions are needed, I feel the pain of those attacked by the barbarians among the herdsmen...but we really do need to propose alternatives to ranches and grazing reserves. Since both are being objected to.

Fulani must go.

They should go back to Niger.

They are foreigners, so why giving them all the attention?

These guys have other agenda o. They never talk true.

Can sourtherners go to north and spoil their farm lands, rape their women, kill their kinsmen and burn their houses and go free?

Northerners should just go.

If their way of life has to endanger others, then it must not be allowed.

So the Fulanis can be this humble?
Indeed, there is time for peace and time for war.
Kudos to Fayose.

I also dont usually toe the line of Fayose but on this one, the thug got it spot on!

All States in the South must pass LAWS, so it can be enshrined in the constitution of their respective states, making it Criminal to ooenly roam or Graze Cattle.
Setup a Ranch and buy feeds to feed your Cattle.

There is nothing statemanship about watching these LIBYAN herdsmen kill NIGERIANS while you'all act as if you are deaf and dumb!

All of a sudden, they have become Fulani..... no longer Libyans?

Buahri, you dey fall hand small-small o!

Did anyone notice that out of the six Federal appointments announced today, FOUR went to the NORTH, ONE to the WEST and ONE to the EAST?
... and the best ones went to the North as well! shocked shocked

I hope Buahri will not allow his "Fulani Advisers" to make him squander the goodwill that the West gave APC and him, to come to Power.

We still remember what they did to the 2016 Budget as it concerns projects meant for Southern Nigeria.
There will come a point when Southerners will say "Pack your Load"....

Other Yoruba APC members should call him to order before its too late.
Let him learn from Jonathan's failure. undecided undecided

Hmm if two yoruba/ibo/hausa communities fight and lives and properties are destroyed it isn't the same endangerment? When akpabio said Abians made kidnapping lucrative didn't they kick? When buhari said nigerians are corrupt didn't we all criticise him? So why is it because some bad elements amongst herdsmen are fighting communities you guys suddenly find it convenient to tag ALL HERDSMEN criminals and tell them to go back north isn't that hypocrisy?

Conflicts are a normal thing jare, FYI herdsmen come to camp in my area jan-feb then return for 2months towards the end of the year, there's never been been any issue we didn't resolve effortlessly.

E.g they usually passed the main road to the estate leaving a litter of cow dung, we took someone who spoke their language and went to their camp, discussed with their head and now they take the canal routes. No fight, no argument. They don't steal.

Their cattle sometimes cross over and break people's pipes, we reported the issue to their head but on our path we started covering our pipes.

This sudden barage of anti-fulani rhetoric can only be politically motivated *simple*

If grazing routes cannot be carved out then other solutions should be tried *simple*

If you are now telling them to go back to the north then NO P.

Hate only breeds more hate.

This is gibberish that doesn't answer the question I asked. Why should a way of life that endangers others be encouraged?

You only have a right to live your lifestyle if it doesn't hurt others. How many people will have to die before all of them will be banned? Is it until every single one of them commits a murder that we will see it fit to ban them?

Hundreds nay thousands have died and you're still willing to risk it. Smh

how would u react if amish men are riding wagons on our roads in nigeria? Doesn't that endanger other road users? I bet by now you guys would claim they are a major cause of accidents, ban them!

*The curse of the black man is short sightedness*
