I would like to know the necessary steps to take in officially requesting the local government, Edo State rapid response agency or state government to reconstruct a badly damaged spot of a road I ply regularly. Every dry season I watch as other roads are repaired but this particular road is never repaired and I am aware some contracts are awarded as gifts to party faithfuls who never carry out projects. What do I need to do as a tax paying citizen?
