Good morning Once again Nairaland family, its a cool morning with a calm atmostphere around Ojota area, Lagos.

Yesterday, I took to Nairaland and created a thread on 'HOW MTN DEDUCTED MY MONEY FOR NOTHING', well its a good thing there is a medium like NAIRALAND where I posted my complaint. Luckily for me one of MTN CUSTOMER AGENTS was online, after reading my post found a solution to my complaint and NOW MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN REFUNDED AND MY AIRTIME IS INTACT. Thanks to MTN CUSTOMER CARE AGENT cc: JideSM.

If you have this kind of complain or any sort pls kindly search for JideSM, he will attend to you and give you his best as fast as possible, I found him more reliable than even calling 180.
