I'm an agric student in the University of Benin. Initially, I didn't like agriculture because I saw it as a dirty career(I initially applied for Medicine).

I faithfully followed the course and developed this strong love for Agriculture. This love for this career was planted by my lecturers who kept on inspiring us on the need to take on a career in Agriculture.

Fast-forward to today, I'm glad I chose the career. It's the wisest choice I've ever made.

Last month, I started a small catfish farm. The catfish farm was setup not based on profit basis, but to practice all I have learnt and practiced.

So this is my catfishes at 2month old. I started culturing this fishes on April 4

I want to use these as a medium to inspire both agric students, graduates and prospective farmers. Agriculture is a goldmine.

the mortality rate of my catfishes has so increased, i have btw 3-4 death everyday, please does rain water have any bad effects on them?
