POSITION: SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR

Our organization has been around for over ten years providing education for Children with Autistic Spectrum and support for their parents. We are re-strategizing to accommodate our next level of expansion which will include professional therapy/counselling and teacher training college.
We are looking to hiring a seasoned Administrator with the overall responsibility for direction, leadership and management of education activities in the school and other arms of the organization.

JOB SUMMARY
School Administrator is responsible for the operation and instructional leadership in schools, trains and supervises staff, sets instructional objectives and work to build a rapport with parents.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Responsible for the deployment of staff and resources effectively and efficiently as appropriate to the school and the learning of all students.
 Responsible for the evaluation of student performance and the clear communication of such information according to established and known criteria.
 Responsible for a non-threatening and safe environment for all students and staff in school and /or at school related functions.
 The school administrator, in cooperation with staff, develops policies for and effectively manages student discipline.

d. Hardworking and organized with excellent leadership and managerial skills.

QUALIFICATION:
First Degree in any discipline along with teaching certification from any accredited institution. (Degree in Management will be an added advantage).

EXPERIENCE: Candidate should possess 5-10 years working experience in School Management.
