I bought a fairly used Lenovo S820e phone a month ago and i haven't been able to configure it. There's no APN installed in the phone which is a big problem. Does anyone know how i can go about it?

even with manual configuration, it can't work. I have to download APN settings from Google store to configure manually but i dunno which APN settings i have to use.

My sister i can't! My husband uses the phone because one of the sim space uses CDMA. Since visafone phones are expensive, he prefers the Lenovo phone. the other sim space is for GSM line. He uses only WIFi when at home but he needs to browse at work. honestly, i can't return the phone.

simply goto google and type manual configuration for the network you use. then head to settings > more setting > mobile network then locate apn > create a new one with the manual configuration u got

NB: live blank the spaces not provided

if problem persists try flashing the phone shikenna

If after flashing again it still doesn't work take the phone for deliverance

wtf maybe the phone was made for wireless browsing only just like Nokia
Android C series

or probably someone tampered with the system of this phone reset the phone and come back with feedback

Called a friend, I think your phone was designed for Chinese telecom , making it a CDMA model, the Gsm model is S820.
CDMA radio is different from those of Gsm network. I don't know if flashing will help, its better you cut your loss, than bricking your device,
You can download tweakker ,it might be helpful to add APN
Spec device 117 will help you know better about your phone.
Anyway if you are successful, let me know.
