Why did you choose to believe this statement so far your belief was that everything about APC is propaganda? It seems you are only allergic to good news.

This is not about the political party but INEC and the people. There should have been a law that where any political party found wanting for giving out such handouts be it in cash or otherwise, shall be disqualified from the election and banned for 10 years political activities along with their members. Secondly, the people are stupid for selling out their future. If the bribing party wins and fails to provide amenities or care for the people they will start shouting corruption after they have built their homes on corruption.
