Misplaced Priorities by yommyuk: 6:10am On Jun 10, 2016
A lot of my European friends tell me that they used to be choir boys when they were young. But most of them have fallen away from the faith as they got older. They have drifted away due to worldly influences around them. Same thing happened to me, but God found ways to humble me with life challenges.

In the age we are living now, these worldly incitements are stronger. The urge to follow the ways of the mainstream is right in your face. It takes the grace of God to keep one’s feet on solid ground.

The key to overcome is to get saturated in the word of God, day and night. It will enable you to prioritise your goals in life. Misplaced priorities have become the order of the day. It is high time we choose what is really worthy to pursue in life.

Luke 12:34
For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Exodus 20:3
“You shall have no other gods before me.

Philippians 4:6-8
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honourable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

Proverbs 21:21
Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness will find life, righteousness, and honour.

IT IS WELL. GOD BLESS wink

One question Pls, why does your god hates people having fun, yet he creates the urge to have fun in them?
