The Lagos State Fire Service said a six-year-old girl was burnt to death in a church in the early hours of Saturday in Egbeda area of the state.

The Director of the service, Mr Rasak Fadipe, told the our correspondent that the incident occurred at about 2 a.m. at Faith Revival Church.
Fadipe said that the inferno affected the boys’ quarters of the church while a vigil was going on at the main auditorium.
