Welcome! In my 40-year walk with the Lord, it is amazing how some people become SOCIAL HIGH COURT JUDGES in the Supreme Court of PRAYER POINTS. Some people make GOSSIP sound like PRAYER POINTS even in social discussions and everyday life. I have seen people come to me for counseling but at a closer watch, I have discovered that they actually come to gossip about someone to me. I have seen people cross over to see me for prayers but these “prayer points” suddenly turn out to become serious GOSSIP and a VENDETTA against someone or others. Even in general prayer meetings or house fellowships of churches, full of “Holy People” or “Prayer warriors”, you hear things like: “Brethren, let’s remember Brother James Oghene in our prayers. He has Gonorrhea and doctors said they are even screening him for HIV too, but we know that our God can heal him…so brothers and sisters, let’s pray for divine healing. Pray now…pray…pray…pray…” Ummmh! They also continue like this: “Brethren, let’s also pray for Sister Kate and Brother Kingsley…Sis Kate is pregnant for Bro Kingsley and as you all know, Bro Kingsley is not ready for marriage now; you also know they are not married right? Ok…He told her to abort but she refused, the situation is tearing them and their family apart. Let’s pray to God for peace and divine intervention.” Very funny indeed! Are these really prayer points or HIGH PROFILE GOSSIP on the altar of prayers? This is actually a form of JUDGING OTHERS and broadcasting their faults. That is why I call such people, JUDGES IN THE SUPREME COURT OF PRAYER POINTS. Please, you must avoid this because if you stop judging other people, you free yourself from being judged. Nobody is perfect including you! You never know what people are going through, so pause before you start judging, criticizing or broadcasting their faults in the name of counseling or prayer sessions. Everybody is fighting their own unique war as you are fighting yours. Before you start pointing fingers, make sure your hands are clean. Judging others does not define who they are; it defines who you are – a big hypocrite! Read Matt 7:1-11 and always remember what Mitchell mason said: “Judge thyself with judgment of sincerity and thou will judge others with the judgment of charity.” Repent and pray now!

You seem to be judging Mitchell Mason in your last paragraph. When you Pray, kneel privately and say, "The Lord s Prayer", "chikena" !!!!

And what you call Gossips are Confessions and Repentances for the Offenders. They are also incantations of the Prayer Warriors. It's always good to amuse God sometimes.
