Efcc is not doing itself any favours by storming houses in such an aggressively illegal and vicious manner. Is that what they call investigation? If Obanikoro is a crook simply charge him and all other looters who have fled the country in absentia, hear the cases, get judgements and request their extradition via the proper procedures. All this hooliganism is uncalled for and will destroy Buhari' feigned democracy. What is all this carting away of watches? Aisha Buhari now wears a very expensive rolex, beyond the president's declared assets, are efcc taking the watches to her? Bunch of hooligans in power, no better than the thieves they replaced. Lamorde stole trillions of recovered funds, the presidency rewarded him by sending him on a leadership degree at Kuru. Fake anti-corruption
You are right and also wrong with some of your assertions. I agree with you that they dont need to cart away wrist- watches and cars, he has held several positions in government so he is not a poor man that will not be able to afford an expensive wrist-watch. But sealing the house i am with them 100%. Why because when these people where carting away our money, the think about any rule of law. So let EFCC too not apply any rule of law on them.
This rule of law we continue shouting is what is slowing down the process of trail and frustrating the government in the fight against corruption. Rule of law shdnt not be applied in bundling them but they shd charge them to court at the appropraite time.

Sometimes I don't blame people that say this country is a zoo.
And who told you it was done without a court order?

Obanikoro is a diehard criminal, one of the politicians that looted our treasury dry.Arrangement should have been made by the federal govt for his deportation from the U .S. to answer corruption charges levelled against instead of raiding his house. Not much can be achieved by that singular exercise.

Breaking into a house when the owner is not around amounts to burglary. I do not believe any judge gave such orders. Are we in military Junta.

Sure you don't need permission from the man to do your job but u need a court warrant detailing the exact parts of the house you are to search and the exact items you are to touch while at his place, am sure u had no such warrant Mr EFCC. Your former boss looted recovered funds and ran away up till now you have not seized any of his properties or even investigated him at all. Keep deceiving yourselves
Even when you have a valid warrant you don't search in the owners absence.

All these NL folks defending these rogues make me laugh. None of these guys will give you even two minutes of their time if you encountered them. Their arrogance is unbelievable. They literally see the rest of you as dirt. As unworthy scum. Doesn't matter what party or ethnicity you claim - they do not see you as one of them.

Look at the small house on a plot of land that EFCC sealed. They are not ashamed. Na this kind house person wey steal billions dey build. Me wey dey work for Oil and Gas self, my duplex big pass the one Obanikoro build. I just think this is victimisation. I know say APC supporters go start to finish me with abuses.

No noise when they oppressed just over a year ago. The yam has hooked them in the throat.

Olisa Metuh did more before he soft-pedaled. The earlier they vomit the better. The military they utilized are retired, why not Koro

I really donot understand this attitude of EFCC barging into someones house even if you have written and invited him.
There should be other ways of picking these people than using barbaric ways like taking up writwatches and cars and later returning them...I honestly think some one should probe the EFCC if they happen not to find anything incriminating.

You're Nigerian, so you're expected to want to be treated with kid gloves after committing heinous crimes. In normal countries, we're kicking your door in at 6am, throwing smoke grenades through your window, handcuffing everyone on site and after verifying who is who hauling off the suspects to a detention facility.

You should support crime fighting efforts instead of denigrating it. It makes you sound like a potential criminal when you do that.

Enough of this witch hunting. Am not a member of any political party, neither am I supporting corruption. but when the fight against corruption is one sided and media persecution, then it becomes a child's play. The present APC we have today consist of about 50% of PDP members, what happens to the likes of Amechi, Atiku e.t.c are we saying the guys that ruled under APC led states are all innocent?? I will start supporting this fight against corruption as soon as I see names of politicians from APC, otherwise, the present government is wasting its time and trying to sell to Nigerians what they want to hear and cover up for their Maladroitness (ineptitude)

Two things here:

1. If they hadn't stolen money meant to educate you properly, you'd know that its "I'm" and not "Am".

2. Now, if they had educated you properly you'd realize that these are prosecutions for crimes against the Federal Government, and not State Governments.
