After watching Kachukwu's schooling of Ameachi and Various reactions from citizens especially those hailing Ameachi for abandoning a FG instituted project in Delta State, Niger Delta Nigeria because of alleged fraud of 13 billion Naria land purchased for a University project and l also remember the Lagos - Ibadan Express Way which over the years past administrations have siphoned billions of Naira from that project.
Now between Ameachi that refused to allocate funds in 2016 budget to complete the University project and Fashola that allocated 40 billion Naira to complete the Lagos - Ibadan expressway. Who among these two is
1. Intelligent and Smart.
2. Exhibit the Love for his people.

hmmm....these are two different scenario.

Lagos Ibadan Expressway is a MUST have and all fashola did was to advice the contractors to carry on their job. Earlier, the former contractor who GEJ stopped had obtained a court injunction ordering JB and RCC who GEJ later got, to stop work until the case is determined. Fashola however chose to advise the RCC and JB to ignore that injunction, stressing that FG is ready to pay damages if they lose the case eventually.

While the Maritime University at Okporoko was only White Elephant project meant to siphon funds, hence, the entire 13 Billion was used for land purchase alone. Amaechi believes that the project can be discontinued until proper feasibility is done and reasonable fund is available.

Kachikwu's approach is simply diplomatic...Kachikwu suggested that the Maritime University project should be continued immediately (at reasonable price though) while allowing EFCC do their job. His point is that what e need down south is peace, and even if it means spending 100 billion naira to satisfy the people, it is worth it because what the Nation has lost in three months of NDA is almost 1 trillion naira already.

Both scenarios are same. Money was siphoned illegally during the process. Bi-Courtney was mobilized to the work. Fashola should have also told bi-Courtney to refund theirs first before he touches Lagos - Ibadan expressway

We all know the truth. Amaechi doesn't want that school to be there for obvious reasons whilst Kachukwu thinks that it's not the right approach to keep on denying the Niger Deltans what they've been clamouring for. The latter is closer to the colossal loss occasioned by the recent uprising in the creeks, besides he's not even a "core politician" or APC man.
