Hi NL, Need some information again

I want opinions on the best universities (public or private) to study law in
If anyone is a student of Afe Babalola (ABUAD) or OAU also please tell me your experience. I'm looking at several places and I just need these questions answered:

- Dress codes, especially in the private universities
- Any other regulations e.g. mobile phones are they allowed etc.
- How to get to church and other places like salons, at ABUAD I can't really find any information on how that is handled so I need information
- How students feed
- Other information you feel is important
