Which of them is best/preferable?   For me obgono for life.  Till death do us Apart.

a real ogbono soup. not old ogbono seed they sell here . ogbono freshly cooked with yellow yam or crystal white pounded yam
love fresh Ujuju, ugwu leaf or okra in my ogbono sometimes.

Egusi is okay but must have ugwu, onugbu, bush meat etc in it

I like both, but egusi gives me runnin stomach nd obgono makes me want to vomit, i ve to drink sum lime afta eating it.

meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen  , u asked one hell of question right here.  Mmm me ,i adore both them but check it out, Egusi when combined with deliciuos stuffs like OKPOROKO,SMOKED MEAT, ICED FISH is like shooking hands with JESUS CHRIST [dont mind me] , On ogbono soup now u got to say, THY KINGDOM COME . well, all of them are nothing but mouth watering dishes.

Both are great soups except when prepared by yorubas who convert The ogbono to draw soup and add too much oil to egusi for my liking!

My hubby love ogbono die. And me sef i like to cook and enjoy it. It goes with all
the solid food (eba, fufu, amala, poundo, semo).

Egusi on the other hand does not go very well with all the foods.
