Any enlightened person should please explain ds situation to me.. Wen.fuel was #87, there were queues and fuel was SCARCE ..... Fuel was increased to #145 and the next day fuel became available everywhere...... My question.. 1. Why was fuel scarce at #87 even up to the last day it was increased 2. Why was it readily available the next day after it was increased?? coz if it was really scarce, it wud have taken at least a week for fuel to enter into circulation....thanks.. awaiting answers ... |
