So, yesterday night, we had our Mr macho and miss nysc, it was fun, after the whole occasion, we were all outside congratulating the respective winners when one young guy who should be within my age bracket of 23 or 24 approached me, introduced himself as Nelson and asked that we exchange numbers, I saw him and thought him to be one of the numerous guys that took pics with my phone and wanted me to send it to them on whatsapp, so we duly exchanged contacts and I left,


some mins later while in the hostel, it was already lights out so everwhere was dark, I received a call, it was the young and quite handsome Nelson, he said I should come out in front of my hostel, I met him there, then he said he wanted to show me something in his phone, he brought out a Nokia phone, went to the notes and showed me a pretyped note which reads ''HAVE YOU EVER FLIRTED WITH A GUY? '', I was quite shaken but I calmly told him NO, that I've never flirted with a guy, he said ok, we shook hands and I went back to my hostel,


Mins later I came out to urinate and noticed he was still there, pacing nervously up and down the dark hostel corridor, twice I came out, twice I saw him there, he later called me out and took me to a darker part of the hostel vicinity, he said he wanted to tell me something but doesn't know how to start, I observed him, he was fidgeting and obviously scared, his hands where shaking as he fumbled for the right words to use, finally after some mins, he said in almost a whisper, ''Leonel can we give it a trial, can we be gay lovers? '',


I smiled and told him that I'm not like that, told him I don't have any form of feelings for friends of same sex, I explained to him that I know everyone's body system ain't the same and some have weird sexual inclinations but that he should try and find people like him in the camp, that I for one, am not one of them, he said ok, I shook hands with him once again and retired back to my hostel,

I told my hostel mates what happened and they were furious with rage, they said I should show them the Motherfucker so that they will mete out jungle justice on him, some started looking for weapons honestly,,,

some even suggested I try as much as possible to get his details and submit to the authority so that he will be decamped immediately ,I lied to them that I don't know the guy and wouldn't even recognize him the next day, I did that because the guy approached gently so it wouldn't be necessary to go all aggressive on him......


But my bunk mate who knows the real truth and everything that happened keeps blaming me, that I should have given out his identity, guys did I do the wrong thing?
