Ahead of the Court judgment in the tax case between Barrister FN Nwosu and Governor Ikpeazu, the Judge presiding over the case is now caught between the devil and the deep blue sea as Barr FN Nwosu is making frantic effort to swing victory to his side. Some reliable Judiciary sources told this online platform that FN Nwosu, an ally of Uche Ogah who allegedly compromised Justice Abang to get his own judgement, through a Northern Senator; reached out to the Judge with the sum of 100 million Naira.

Barrister FN Nwoso who sourced part of the money from Ogah who is currently undergoing a fraud trial, is desperate to the extent of selling his Ajao estate house in Lagos to buy this judgment. Our source however, hinted that the Judge who is under surveillance is confused and hasn't made up his mind to accept the money which will be paid into his Ecobank account via proxy in the form of a property sold to FN Nwosu's proxy.
