Its funny because this has been occurring in the Northern part of Nigeria for the past 3 weeks.At least am sure of Zamfara,Katsina and Niger states.Has MTN shifted the goalpost without public enlightenment or is it one of their usual system upgrades?Maybe,its another Northern agenda then? Right now sha,am enjoyin' the timing because all i have to do is wake up @6 and wish all my family and friends a wonderful day.They still don't believe that the 30minutes call is free! Anybody observe this  Btw,am presently in Katsina. |

In Kano,it starts by 1.30 and ends by 5.30am. Maybe its because of the Ramadan fast |
