OOAS: We Africans don't have so much attachment to flowers generally. As ornamental plants around the house, ok. I used to give flowers to oyinbo babe. But black babe will already use style & manner ask for money before you say jack. If your mood won't allow such money or expensive gift demand, you will soon see her showing attitude, making herself scarce, etc.  If you would ask 1000 girls passing through Ojuelegba, Agege, Ring Road Benin, Aba Road PH, Oluyole Ibadan, Iweka Road Onitsha, Enerhen Warri or any other popular road in 9ja, what they would like, 80% would not mention flower in their top ten. |

it depends largely on the upbringing of the girl.. if she comes from an exposed and multicultural background...maybe she or her siblings are oppurtuned to travel to the us.. maybe the area predominant with latin americans, south americans she would appreciate the flower and possibly tell you the type of flower and the meaning... .......................B.................U..................T..................... If nah pure naija babe... the case is different a friend of mine came to my house many years back and was cutting our precious rose plants and other beautiful flower... all becos him wan show love... at the end he said the girl asked him if she was a GOAT that he was bringing GRASS FOR... my guy said it was a gesture of love... she then replied nah grass i go chop.... no b your mates they carry there babe go mr. biggs ..
