Whatever you say at every point in time can either make or mar your life. Your words are strong enough to determine your fortune in life because it, by one way or the other, reflects your personality and character.

To live joyfully on earth, you must guide your tongue from speaking evil. Speak words that minister grace to people so that more grace will be made available for you.

Your tongue is given to you to save you from various life eventualities. We read about the sons of the prophets who spoke to Elisha about the condition of their dwelling place. They were not too big to present their case to him at every point of their challenges; when the ax head fell into water they also cried out (2King 6:1-6). The Disciples of Jesus also did the same when they found themselves in the storm; they called on Jesus!

Don't be too big to ask for help in the time of your needs. Allow the Lord to work in you to work out his purpose through every words that proceed out of your mouth.

Don't give yourself to speaking words that will create divide or lead to treason among people. Strive to always allow peace to reign in every place of your placement. Fear the Lord and don't give room to any form of evil in your life. Doing this will keep evil away from your life.
