2a. June 6/7, 2016 - Two black citizens and five polices officers were shot dead in the US

2b. June 6/7 - Obama made a strong statement against both shootings, cut shot his NATO summit meeting in Poland and will be returning to Washington DC and eliminating a planned stop in Spain to head straighten to Dallas, TX to commensurate with the families of the dead.

Even if you can't solve people's problem, empathy goes a long way....when there is crises in town, even when perpetrated by people with the same black skin as his or by people with a different skin color, or if the victim share the same skin color with him or different from him; one of the leaders make serious pronouncement and denouciation against the crime whether he is abroad or at home at the time, he also cut shut his abroad meetings and hurry home, while the other leader remains mute and travels from one pillar to another absentmindedly....over to you...

There are no criteria to compare Obama with Buhari. The first is 100percent a DEMOCRAT and the second is 100 percent a raw and naive Dictator. Nigeria is working hard to train him to achieve some levels of Democratic Competence.
