If they all come from Daura then by default they will not be the best that Nigeria has to offer.

A state has some of the lowest literacy rates and amongst the highest poverty rates isn't going to be a haven of brilliance.

i think the article's content and points raised were more than that.

In my opinion i see the Daura comment as a sacarsm/figure of speech. The core theme is about the administration demonstrating seriousness in tackling the current situations.
