It all depends on the aspect you want to dev into. There's meat production, eggs, hides i.e feathers, etc

Not to ask what he should in the agric sector. Then he's not ready to do anything. and if you think like he does, neither are you.

Yeah guys I really appreciate your posts so far,seriously,my mind is made up on agriculture. I just want experienced people to guide me,and shed more light on one of the many aspects.poultry is a risk that I can take,but I must be able to have some fore knowledge about it before taking it. Fishery I heard is less risky.

I don't mind working with farmers outside lagos e.g Ibadan and Abeokuta.I am tired of Lagos hustle and bustling lol

Why dont you go into plantain production? Since you claim you can relocate to Ibadan, if you are willing i can facilitate how you get land at a reasonable price(perhaps lease at the start) in Ibadan (though on the outskirts i.e. Moniya) and you can inter-crop the farm with Melon (Egusi) but be prepared to buy a shelling machine to aid you in processing the Melon at maturity. Plantain matures in 9 - 12 months and Melon in 3 - 4 months, the melon can cover your cost while waiting for the plantain to mature.
